You start out with your warmups and kick
into a cardio, strengthening routine.
Fees: $2.00 for members/$3.00 for non-members
Sit and Be Fit - Mondays & Thursdays - 10 - 10:45am
Chair Exercises - Your legs can't stand regular exercise but you want to improve
your fitness level.
Get in shape without getting out of your chair. Increase your fitness level and
muscle tone with chair exercises.
Fees: $2.00 Members/$3.00 Non-members -- one class per week
Location: PTSCC Exercise Room
Tai Chi Program - Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3 - 4pm
Tai Chi is perfect for attaining and maintaining ease of movement and
all-around well being. It is an ancient non-impact Chinese exercise that is
performed in a slow and relaxed continuous motion.
Fees: $30 members/$40 non-members - 6 week session
