Are you part of Township government?
No, PTSCC is a private not-for-profit organization and has 501(c)(3) designation from the IRS.
What is your source of funds?
We receive funds from a variety of sources: Palatine Township, Palatine Park District, AgeOptions, United Way, Village of Palatine Community Development Block grant, donations, fees for service and fund raising.
What is your service area?
Although our primary service area is Palatine Township, all older adults are welcome.
What age groups do you serve?
50+, their families and caregivers.
Do you have to be a member to come to the center?
No, all are welcome. Members have special privileges.
Where can I find more information about PTSCC activities?
Come into the center, call us at 847-991-1112, or look at our newsletter, the Happenings. The Happenings is a 20 page full color document. It will take some time to download.
Do you have to live in Palatine Township?
No, anyone is welcome to visit, become a member or contact PTSCC for information or services.
